    Ronurie Tastes Clean Water

Actually, the Ronurie Village received two water wells in September/October 2012. An existing, non-working well was repaired and a much needed second well was drilled by our team. The pictures below give you an idea of what's involved in drilling a well to provide clean water in Sierra Leone.

Drilled for a day and one half only to hit iron stone (granite) on 9/26. There is no way to break through iron stone.

The only solution is to relocate the equipment to drill a new well closer to the swamp.

The Ronurie people understand that only through the generosity of people in American do they have clean water. They are joyful and grateful for the people across the world who care about their well being.
